Broccoli
Broccoli is considered to be the most refined member of the Brassica family. Broccoli is related to the cauliflower and has a lovely greyish-green or greenish-purple colour. This healthy Brassica resembles a knotty branch topped by a large crown made up of thousands of dark green or purple 'flower heads'.
